FREE Personal Exercise Programs

What ever your exercise goals, our friendly, well trained and experienced staff will help you achieve them by providing an exercise environment full of education, motivation, and fun.

The first time you come to the gym your fitness instructors will take their time getting to know you as an individual and then a Personal Fitness Program (PFP) will be devised specifically for your fitness goals and requirements. This may include, weight loss, rehabilitation, improved posture, stress management, sports performance or just improving the quality of one’s life.

Your PFP includes all the information you require to train including equipment set ups, programmes, levels, times, weights, sets, reps and exercise order. Your fitness instructor will then take you through your PFP demonstrating, explaining and educating you fully on the exercises provided. All this information will be written down in your own program card and kept at the Club, ready for your next visit.

We are the ONLY Club in the Scarborough area that re-assesses your PFP every 14 sessions FREE of charge, throughout your membership. We believe that education and motivation are essential in helping you achieve your fitness goals, because over time your these goals will change and new exercises and techniques will need to be learned and practiced.
