Your Eating Habits

Eating and drinking are essential activities in your daily life. Most experts now agree that it is important for you to have a balanced diet, that is one which includes all the important nutrients in the correct quantities and proportions.
However, it is difficult for you to assess whether the food that you eat provides you with all the nutrients necessary for optimum health, or, indeed, if your existing eating regime is potentially harmful to you. For example, poor dietary habits have been linked to the increased prevalence of many of the so-called “western killer diseases.”

Nutritional & Dietary Analysis Service

The aim of the WEIGHTMANIA service is to provide you with an opportunity to evaluate the nutritional balance of your own food intake. All the information that you provide undergoes sophisticated computer analysis and is completed on a one-to-one basis for confidentiality.
An initial report is then produced with clear written and visual recommendations on how to bring your diet into line with the healthy ideal. Follow up appointments are recommended in order to track progress and to approve for modifications to the nutritional programme by the client allowing dietary goals to be met in a healthy and comfortable manner.

In order to perform the analysis service we require information regarding your existing eating habits, body composition and exercise regime.

Appointment Schedule

1. Collection of Food Diary from main reception.
2. FREE Nutritional & Dietary Induction, first evaluation of food diary and body composition analysis (approx. 1 hour).
3. FREE Cholesterol test, secondary evaluation of food diary and start of full time nutritional regime
(approx. 1 hour)
4. Continual analysis of dietary and body composition changes on a monthly basis (approx. 30-45
minutes).

First induction is FREE of charge. Thereafter, all other scheduled appointments will incur a £15.00 charge. After the first FREE Cholesterol test, all subsequent tests will be charged at £9.99.
